Un article trouvé par mon frère qui travaille chez ALSTOM en Hongrie (en anglais, sorry) (Faut aller loin pour trouver des articles sur les 24 h !) :
Mon frère : "Et maintenant the 24H of the Mans, lu ce matin dans le journal hebdomadaire interne d'Alstom, qu'on recoit par Intranet:
ALSTOM TEAMS IN 24-HOUR ROLLER COMPETITION IN LE MANS:".
L'article :
"Anyone who is interested in car racing has heard of the 24-hour race in
le Mans in France. But did you know about the roller race that takes
place every year in the same place? And further more: that ALSTOM
employees have been participating in this sports event for two years?
Two years ago a Transport team of enthusiastic employees based in
Villeurbanne decided to organise their participation in this event and
were fourth in the Company category. Since then, the Villeurbanne
team (ALSTOM Riders) has been eager to repeat this achievement. This
year they came first in the Company category, with 723 km (173 laps)
at an average speed of 30 km/hour.
Also this year, an international team from Power Conversion decided to
participate in the roller skate event. Out of five countries: UK,
Germany,
USA, Canada and France, the ALSTOM sportswomen and men (APC
Drivers) skated round the clock 535 kilometers (128 laps) with an
average speed of 22 km per hour!
This event took place on 2 and 3 July, 593 further teams participated.
Starting at 4.00 pm on Saturday, the skaters ran 24 hours in turns, an
exhausting but rewarding team exercise!
